Kitchen Rental
We love to partner up with small start-up businesses looking for a commercial kitchen to make their creations out of. We want to see more local foods in our community and are looking to support mom-and-pop small businesses.
We have 2 different rental rates that we offer.
~For those making small batch goods that just need a local kitchen to work out of we have an industry standard rate per hour that we charge.
~For those making items that we could potentially sell in our Food co-op (meaning GMO-FREE and organic whole food ingredients) we form a partnership and offer the standard hourly rate at half price. We also then offer the ability to purchase bulk ingredients at a wholesale price.
